Cable distribution junction boxes PIP-1AN are intended for use in fire alarm systems.
PIP-1AN cable distribution junction boxes are designed for connecting the signalling devices. For example they may be connected series SA-K5, SA-K5N, SA-K6, SA-K7, SA-K7N, SO-Pd13 and other types of signalling devices. Also by PIP-1AN user can connect speakers in wired broadcasting systems (emergency warning systems), smoke dampers, etc.
The task of the cable distribution junction boxes is to ensure continuity of signal in the signal line even after the given signalling/alarm device burns down. That preventing the failure in operation of signalling devices placed outside the fire zone.
Construction:
The PIP-1AN cable distribution junction box is made from steel sheet, powder coated in red. It contains ceramic connection blocks with a disposable overload fuse box (version with the fuse). The cable distribution junction box is equipped with separate terminals to connect signal line input and signal line output, as well as individual terminals to connect an alarm/signalling device or other device through a fuse box. The cable distribution junction box has two holes to facilitate fixing it to the ceiling or wall with metal pegs. PIP-1AN cable distribution junction box is characterised by straight or angular (90 degrees) laying of the signal line. The cable distribution junction box enables leading up to two cables from the wall.
The company W2 manufactures PIP-1A cable junction boxes with a 0.375 A fuse for the SA-K series signalling devices. In the order, the Client should specify the type and value of a fuser appropriate for the device to be connected through the said PIP- type cable distribution junction box. If the cable distribution junction boxes with the indicated fuse are out of stock, the company W2 reserves the right to extend the order delivery period. The PIP-1AN cable distribution junction box is also available in the version with no fuse, which in its construction and connecting capacity is identical with the PIP-1AN with fuse.
